CRAFTIFY, LLC does not offer any refunds or exchanges. We strive to provide our customers with quality products and we inspect each item prior to packaging and shipping.
Policy Exception:
If your items are damaged during shipping, you must report it within 5 days of your order showing delivered. You must also provide photo proof of the package and damaged item(s) so we can issue you an exchange only.

Please verify the shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
Any orders returned to us as undeliverable from the courier as a result of an incorrect/insufficient address or being unclaimed, will be subject to an additional shipping fee.
